  • Maven is looking for an exceptional and experienced Account Executive to join our Employer Sales team.
  • You will drive the end-to-end sales process for mid-sized employers.
  • Create market demand by evangelizing Maven’s voice with passion and credibility.
  • Develop a detailed plan for meeting your individual targets.
  • Drive a robust and high-quality pipeline through outreach and collaboration.
  • Use creativity to secure meetings with HR buyers.
  • Act as the CEO of your territory, meeting stakeholders in the market.
  • Position Maven’s value proposition effectively.
  • Drive and achieve sales goals, managing the entire sales process.
  • Must be highly motivated, self-starting, and results-oriented.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a direct sales role.
  • Must be located on the West Coast or in a major geography west of Chicago.
  • Exceptional sales performance history.
  • Experience leading end-to-end sales processes for complex deals.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel within territory ~30% of the month.
  • Strong organizational skills including management of deals in Salesforce.
  • Detailed knowledge of healthcare system and digital health space.
  • Growth mindset that thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Insatiable appetite for success.
