Join our Product Unit's IGA team and play a key role in shaping, building, and delivering IGA solutions that create real value for our customers.

In Short

• Be an integral part of the team, actively shaping product direction, priorities, and ways of working
• Drive IGA solutions backlog and roadmap management, ensuring focus on the highest-value initiatives
• Support Professional Services and follow up on ongoing IGA projects
• Actively support Sales and Pre-Sales by designing winning solutions
• Configure IGA solution in Pro platform and manage releases
• Own end-to-end use case planning from customer needs to launch
• A hands-on role with a focus on delivering impactful solutions

Requirements

• A background in ITSM/ESM or IGA
• Solid technical skills in configuring Matrix42 Professional platform
• Experience with IAM processes and directory services like Active Directory
• Experience delivering AI-based use cases
• Curiosity for how things work and ability to turn complex requirements into working solutions
• Business fluency in English, other languages appreciated
