Senior Enterprise Architect - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Enterprise Architect at Matrix42, you are responsible for the end-to-end architecture and solution design of Matrix42 Enterprise Service Management (ESM) initiatives. You will lead architectural decision-making and ensure technical excellence across delivery while enabling consultants and solution architects.

In Short

• Own solution architecture & design for Matrix42 ESM implementations.
• Lead architectural workshops and align stakeholders.
• Ensure technical excellence and define standards/guardrails.
• Define and accept work packages with effort estimations.
• Enable and coach delivery teams as a technical lead.
• Provide process and tool advisory for ITIL-oriented process design.
• Conduct complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Create audience-adapted presentations and documentation.
• Support pre-sales activities and technical positioning.
• Drive continuous improvement of PSO delivery.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Strong team collaboration and leadership mindset.
• Proven experience in Matrix42 ESM or comparable platforms.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent service management certification.
• TOGAF or other enterprise architecture framework experience.
• Technical skills in JavaScript, MS SQL, and API-based integrations.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for workshops.
