Overview

The Customer Operations Specialist plays a central role in ensuring the smooth execution of commercial sales across the EMEA region, managing customer inquiries and supporting compliance with HCP reporting requirements.

In Short

  • Manage customer orders from entry through delivery.
  • Maintain CRM master data.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and logistics providers.
  • Proactively manage backorders and inventory exceptions.
  • Support the timely conversion of quotations into orders.
  • Provide ad-hoc operational support to Sales and Clinical teams.
  • Support HCP transparency reporting requirements.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaint management.
  • Assist with sustainability and ESG reporting preparation.
  • Fluent in English and French; proficient in Excel.

  • Experience in pharma or medical device logistics.
