Overview

The Clinical Affairs Director is responsible for the clinical training of obstetricians and their maternity staff, clinical studies management, key opinion leader (KOL) network development and engagement, as well as supporting market development in GCC countries in coordination with distribution companies contracted by MNHI.

In Short

  • Oversee clinical training and medical affairs functions in the GCC region.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
  • Manage clinical studies and documentation in KSA and the Middle East.
  • Engage with KOLs to support OdonAssistâ„¢ establishment in obstetric practice.
  • Coordinate with teams for timely clinical training and studies.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop market strategies.
  • Ensure all clinical activities comply with local and international regulations.
  • Lead training sessions for maternity centers and OBGYN societies.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in relevant fields (e.g., OB/GYN, Nursing, Pharmacy).
  • 5-8 years of experience in OB/GYN specialty.
  • Experience in clinical marketing is desired.
  • Knowledge of local regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in building relationships around projects.
  • Proficiency in clinical data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
