Property Manager - WEG Management | Start-up - Remote

Overview

As a WEG Manager, you will be one of the first team members to establish property management at a new location. Start in Stuttgart (remote), Hamburg (hybrid), Cologne (hybrid), or Munich (remote) with occasional visits to the Berlin office.

In Short

• Build structures and processes in Stuttgart with the management.
• Manage all aspects of property administration, including accounting, legal, and construction issues.
• Act as project manager for important building works on behalf of the owners.
• Facilitate communication between property owners and third parties.

Requirements

• Experience in property management.
• Structured problem-solving approach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build connections.
• Ability to manage expectations of different groups.
• Fluent in German and able to communicate in English.
