Property Manager - WEG Management | Start-up - Remote

Overview

As a WEG Manager, you will be one of the first team members to build property management at a new location. You can start immediately or within the next 4 months in our Berlin office (hybrid), or in Cologne (hybrid), Hamburg (hybrid), Stuttgart (remote), or Munich (remote) with occasional visits to the Berlin office. Full-time.

In Short

• You will build structures and processes in Berlin, Cologne, Hamburg, Stuttgart, or Munich with management.
• You will manage all aspects of your WEGs, addressing all accounting, legal, and construction issues with support from our expert team.
• You will act as a project manager for important building works on behalf of the owners.
• You will mediate between owners and liaise with third parties.

Requirements

• You have experience in WEG management.
• You approach problems systematically and persist until you find a suitable solution.
• You have strong communication skills and quickly build connections with people.
• You are very good at reconciling the expectations of different groups.
• You are fluent in German and can communicate in English.
