Property Manager - WEG Management | Start-up - Remote

Overview

As a WEG Manager, you will be one of the first team members to build property management at a new location. Your work location is in Frankfurt (remote) with regular visits to the Berlin office.

In Short

• Build structures and processes in Frankfurt with management
• Manage all aspects of property management including accounting, legal, and construction topics
• Act as project manager for important building work on behalf of owners
• Serve as a mediator between property owners and third parties

Requirements

• Experience in WEG management
• Structured problem-solving approach
• Strong communication skills and ability to build connections
• Ability to manage expectations of different groups
• Fluent in German and able to communicate in English
