Property Manager - WEG Management | Start-up - Remote

Overview

As a Property Manager, you will be one of the first team members to establish property management at a new location. You can start immediately or in the next 4 months in our Berlin office (hybrid), or in Cologne (hybrid), Hamburg (hybrid), Stuttgart (remote), or Munich (remote) with occasional visits to the Berlin office. Full-time.

In Short

• Build structures and processes in Berlin, Cologne, Hamburg, Stuttgart, or Munich with management.
• Manage all aspects of your property management tasks, including accounting, legal, and construction issues.
• Act as a project manager for important building work on behalf of the owners.
• Facilitate communication between owners and third parties.

Requirements

• Experience in property management.
• Structured problem-solving approach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with people.
• Ability to align the expectations of different groups.
• Fluent in German and able to communicate in English.
