Property Manager - WEG Management | Start-up - Remote

Overview

As a WEG Manager, you will be one of the first team members to establish property management at a new location. Start immediately or within the next 4 months in the Berlin office (hybrid), Munich (remote), or Cologne (hybrid), with occasional visits to the Berlin office. Full-time.

In Short

• Build structures and processes in Berlin with management.
• Oversee the management of your WEGs, addressing all accounting, legal, and construction issues with the support of our expert team.
• Act as project manager for important building works on behalf of the owners.
• Serve as a mediator between owners and liaise with third parties.

Requirements

• Experience in WEG management.
• Structured approach to problem-solving and persistence until a solution is found.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build connections quickly.
• Ability to align the expectations of different groups of people.
• Fluent in German and able to communicate in English.
