The Assistant Manager will oversee the entire bouquet of Property Management Services at a residential site, ensuring smooth operations through innovation and technology while managing a team and client relationships.

Requirements

  • 7-8 years of experience in Facility Management/Real Estate.
  • Experience in residential sites preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage people dynamics effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management.
  • Ability to handle emergency situations with urgency.
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
