Overview

The Territory Sales Manager – Off Premise will be responsible for in account field level execution with excellence and provide channel expertise. The role requires strong communication and influencing skills, and ability to deliver brand education to accounts.

In Short

  • Manage resources and support consumer events for the MJUS brand portfolio.
  • Develop local commercial solutions to improve brand execution and image.
  • Ensure excellent retail execution in key accounts.
  • Build Jägermeister and Teremana business in the market.
  • Conduct staff trainings and tastings in accounts.
  • Utilize tools to analyze ROI and understand business effectiveness.
  • Motivate local distributor network to execute brand priorities.
  • Capitalize on local trends to inspire future programming.
  • Track and monitor Point-Of-Sale.
  • Own relationships with local distributors at the account level.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience in sales and account management.
  • Passion for the off-premise market.
  • Ability to analyze market data and trends.
  • Experience in retail execution and merchandising.
  • Ability to conduct training and presentations.
  • Understanding of pricing and brand economics.
