Director of Field Marketing - Remote

Overview

The Director of Field Marketing is responsible for leading the strategic translation of brand vision into winning local execution for the US market for both Jägermeister and Teremana Tequila. This role serves as the critical bridge between brand strategy, sales, and trade marketing—ensuring that all centrally allocated programming – sampling, sponsorships, innovation, shopper programs, events and trade engagement/education are flawlessly brought to life in the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 8-10 years' experience in regional or field marketing.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
