Overview

The Enrollment Delivery Manager owns the process of moving matched patients through qualification, site referral, screening, consent, and enrollment for clinical trials. This role ensures that matched patients successfully enter trials, while coordinating efforts internally and externally.

Requirements

• 5-8 years in clinical trial operations or related roles.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects across various regions.
• Strong understanding of oncology clinical trials.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Structured project management discipline.
• High energy and adaptability in a startup setting.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Oncology-specific experience preferred.
• Familiarity with health technology and AI platforms preferred.
• Experience with patient recruitment vendors is a plus.
