Overview

The Clinical Trial Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of clinical trials from start-up through close-out, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.

• Manage execution of complex clinical studies.
• Select and manage vendors/CROs.
• Oversee study contracting and budget management.
• Lead protocol preparation and study training.
• Collaborate with Clinical Data Management.
• Train CROs and investigators on study protocols.
• Hire and oversee clinical trial staff.
• Monitor trial progress and provide updates.
• Participate in developing SOPs and audits.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and GCP training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or relevant discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 8 years of clinical research experience.
• 4 years managing clinical trials in a lead role.
• Experience managing CROs preferred.
