As we expand into new markets, we are seeking proactive Business Development Representatives who speak Spanish on a native level, with a strong background working with entrepreneurs, skilled in sales through cold calling or similar methods, to join the team.

In Short

  • Proactively seek telephone contact with entrepreneurs.
  • Engage them in meaningful conversations about business growth.
  • Recruit entrepreneurs for participation in masterclasses.
  • Work with the Business Development Manager on strategic growth.
  • Help entrepreneurs plan their future and provide guidance.
  • Commit to continuous improvement and accurate administration.
  • Demonstrate self-reliance and accountability.
  • Available for 3-5 days a week.
  • Open to work from a local ML office or from home.
  • Proactive self-starter with teamwork ability.

Requirements

  • Energized by conversations and experienced in phone acquisition.
  • Open to juniors or seasoned professionals.
  • Solid track record in working with entrepreneurs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish with a strong professional background.
  • Available for 3-5 days a week.
  • Open to work from a local ML office or from home.
  • Proactive self-starter with team collaboration skills.
