Mark43 is seeking a Principal, Research & Strategy to join the Global Services team, focusing on public safety, research, and technology to help agencies understand and act on their data.

Requirements

• PhD in Public Policy, Economics, Criminology, Political Science, or related field.
• 7+ years leading applied research in government or policy environments.
• Familiarity with public safety agencies and their operational challenges.
• Strong knowledge of the public safety research landscape.
• Experience with complex government data and ethical considerations.
• Experience producing accessible knowledge products.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
• Collaborative working style to build trust with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client and project needs.
• Entrepreneurial approach to building new initiatives.
