This position specializes in enhancing the branch customer experience through digital engagement, lobby management, transactional processing, and retail servicing interactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
• Proven verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Well-organized with strong time management skills.
• Proficient with internet user-level technology.
• Bilingual based on branch needs (preferred).
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift objects weighing 5lbs – 30lbs.
• Ability to interact with customers face to face.
