Overview

Specializes in our branch customer experience through digital engagement, lobby management, transactional processing and retail servicing interactions. Processes a variety of financial transactions in an accurate and efficient manner.

• Adhere to established customer service standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
• Proven verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service ability.
• Well-organized with strong time management skills.
• Proficient with internet user-level technology.
• Bilingual preferred based on branch needs.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to heavy objects.
• Ability to read fine print.
• Open face-to-face interaction with customers.
