Overview

This position specializes in enhancing the branch customer experience through digital engagement, lobby management, and transactional processing. The Teller is responsible for processing various financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
• Experience with data entry and cash handling.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Well-organized with proven time management skills.
• Proficient with internet user-level technology.
• Bilingual skills based on branch needs (preferred).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift objects weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to read fine print and interact face-to-face with customers.
