The Teller specializes in enhancing the branch customer experience through digital engagement, lobby management, and transactional processing, ensuring accurate and efficient financial transactions.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support in a retail banking environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
• Proven verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with internet user-level technology.
• Bilingual preferred based on branch needs.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift objects weighing 5-30 lbs.
• Ability to read fine print.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
