The Teller specializes in enhancing the branch customer experience through digital engagement, lobby management, and transactional processing, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of various financial transactions.

• Provide exceptional customer service and differentiate the customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
• Proven verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in internet user-level technology.
• Bilingual preferred based on branch needs.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to heavy objects.
• Ability to read fine print and interact face-to-face with customers.
