Overview

Specializes in our branch customer experience through digital engagement, lobby management, transactional processing and retail servicing interactions. Processes a variety of financial transactions in an accurate and efficient manner.

  • Take ownership of escalated account service issues.
  • Complete branch-related operational activities.
  • Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
  • Adhere to compliance and operational risk controls.
  • Promote diversity and maintain internal control standards.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
  • Proven verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Well-organized with proven time management skills.
  • Proficient with internet user-level technology.
  • Bilingual based on branch needs (preferred).
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift light to heavy objects.
  • Ability to interact with customers in a face-to-face environment.
