Part Time Teller - Remote

Overview

As a Part Time Teller at Busey, you will develop relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and facilitating accurate banking transactions.

In Short

• Work in a service center offering best-in-class customer service.
• Perform accurate banking transactions and cash handling.
• Balance cash drawer daily with a high degree of accuracy.
• Refer customers to bankers for additional services.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Work schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, Saturdays 8:30am - 12:15pm.
• Minimum of 4 days per week, 25 - 29 hours total.
• Receive training and support from a dedicated team.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Comply with bank operational policies and security measures.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred cash handling experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to operate office equipment and systems.
• Ability to perform under time pressures.
