Overview

This position specializes in enhancing the branch customer experience through digital engagement, lobby management, and transactional processing, ensuring financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve routine customer issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
• Proven verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with internet user-level technology.
• Bilingual skills preferred based on branch needs.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift objects weighing 5lbs – 30lbs.
• Ability to read fine print.
• Ability to interact with customers face-to-face.
