Specializes in our branch customer experience through digital engagement, lobby management, transactional processing and retail servicing interactions.

In Short

• Processes a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Adheres to established customer service standards.
• Educates customers through digital demonstrations.
• Engages in lobby management and addresses customer needs.
• Balances and processes customer transactions following Bank Policy.
• Takes ownership of escalated account services issues.
• Completes branch-related operational activities.
• Processes customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Completes Consumer AML/BSA/KYC activities.
• Promotes an environment supporting belonging and the M&T Bank brand.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
• Proven verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Well-organized with time management skills.
• Proficient with internet user-level technology.
• Bilingual based on branch needs (preferred).
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift light to heavy objects (5lbs – 30lbs).
• Ability to interact with customers face-to-face.
