Branch Manager - Remote

Overview

Manages all activities of a branch, responsible for overall success, customer and employee experience, and business development.

In Short

• Responsible for overall profitability and sales of the branch.
• Leads and develops branch staff through coaching and performance management.
• Identifies customer needs and provides solutions.
• Proactively grows Business Banking relationships.
• Ensures compliance with operational policies and procedures.
• Takes ownership of customer issues and resolves them.
• Processes Business Banking loan requests up to $100,000.
• Models and coaches customer service behaviors.
• Maintains internal control standards and implements audit points.
• Completes other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four years relevant experience.
• Minimum three years sales experience.
• Minimum two years managerial experience.
• Life/Accident and Health Insurance licensing required within 18 months.
• Strong knowledge of Business Banking products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Proven ability to coach exceptional customer service.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Bi-lingual/Spanish preferred.
