Overview

The Branch Manager is responsible for managing all activities of a branch, ensuring overall success in operations, customer and employee experience, digital engagement, and sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four years relevant experience.
• Minimum three years of sales experience.
• Two years of managerial experience or proven leadership abilities.
• Life/Accident and Health Insurance licensing required within 18 months.
• Strong knowledge of Business Banking products and client relationship management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common PC software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Bi-lingual/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to manage customer service and problem resolution effectively.
