Branch Manager - Remote

Overview

The Branch Manager is responsible for managing all activities of the branch, ensuring overall success in operations, customer and employee experience, and sales.

• Manage branch operations and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant experience.
• Minimum three years of sales experience.
• Minimum two years of managerial experience.
• Life/Accident and Health Insurance licensing required within 18 months.
• Strong knowledge of Business Banking products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to coach exceptional customer service.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
• Bi-lingual/Spanish preferred.
