Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Remote

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to help implement and execute on the testing strategy of enterprise-wide applications that are critical to the success of the business.

In Short

• Implement and manage the QA process across enterprise platforms.
• Perform as Testing SME for Enterprise Applications including Oracle NetSuite.
• Establish a functional testing approach for feature and regression testing.
• Collaborate with business leaders and development teams.
• Create and maintain organized documentation of test results.
• Analyze test results and make recommendations for corrective action.
• Lead UAT calls and partner with business users.
• Write SQL queries to verify data ingestion processes.
• Support testing on e-commerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce testing and CMS systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• Experience testing Enterprise applications including Oracle NetSuite.
• Deep understanding of Retail systems and workflows.
• Understanding of SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience testing eCommerce applications.
• Strong communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodology.
