We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled QA professional to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the product manager, technical lead, and fellow developers in ensuring top-tier quality of enterprise services.

In Short

Create and Implement the Test Strategy.
Develop effective, reusable, and maintainable automated functional test frameworks.
Ensure proper functioning of automation scripts across all browsers and platforms.
Create test plans and enforce test planning by gathering functional and non-functional requirements.
Execute testing activities, including manual and automated testing.
Partner with the product manager, technical lead, and fellow developers to understand requirements and design test plans.
Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases aligned with requirements.
Design, develop, and execute automated tests to ensure comprehensive coverage of use cases.
Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution.
Validate software readiness before production release.

Requirements

In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices.
Hands-on experience with Test management tools (Test Rail, TestLink).
Experience with Defect management tools (JIRA, Bugzilla).
Proficiency in open-source test automation tools (Selenium, Protractor, Appium).
Experience with performance/load testing tools (Gatling, JMeter).
Strong knowledge of development languages (Java, Python, JavaScript).
Good English and Portuguese skills.
Working knowledge of automated testing for mobile devices.
The ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects.
