Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in Quality or Manufacturing functions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC unit performance measurement.
• Good planning and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with quality system management.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
