Overview

The Senior Program Manager for Product Development (Formulations) at MANSCAPED® will lead and manage packaging and product development initiatives, ensuring alignment across various internal teams.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end project management for formulation and packaging initiatives.
• Partner with Product Development PMs to manage timelines for product launches.
• Oversee packaging development to ensure compliance and quality.
• Manage change requests and process optimizations.
• Coordinate with 3PLs and operations for SKU tracking.
• Monitor product launches and facilitate communication across teams.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to meet milestones.
• Maintain documentation and tracking tools for development status.
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and processes.
• Ensure timely delivery of product assets and resolve issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle for CPG or personal care products.
• Experience managing timelines and deliverables for formulations development.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of packaging materials and development processes.
• Highly organized and solution-oriented.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
• International experience is a plus.
