MANSCAPED® is seeking a Data Analyst who combines a strong analytical mindset with technical curiosity to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and actionability, supporting smarter decision-making across various departments.

In Short

• Support analytics and business intelligence initiatives by maintaining and optimizing data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Partner with senior analysts and data engineers to ensure accurate data modeling, transformation, and documentation.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
• Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
• Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Assist in developing and testing forecasting models and refine business logic through SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accessibility and governance.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or data management roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming data.
• Working knowledge of ETL concepts and pipeline automation tools.
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Solid understanding of marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
