Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring data quality, developing scalable analytics infrastructure, and generating insights that drive strategic decision-making across the business.

In Short

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot the data pipeline.
• Support and enhance the existing Looker code base using LookML.
• Build and maintain advanced reports and dashboards in Looker and other analytics tools.
• Conduct churn analysis and collaborate with retention teams.
• Serve as the internal data champion, partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Provide mentorship and training to team members.
• Coordinate with third-party providers for data access.
• Make suggestions for process improvements.
• Produce topline revenue reports.
• Analyze trends and performance drivers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL, LookML, GCP/BigQuery.
• Strong understanding of data security and governance principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with the dbt framework is a strong advantage.
• Ability to derive insights from large datasets.
• Highly independent and able to assess stakeholder requirements.
• Strong understanding of data modelling and ETL principles.
• Analytical mindset with persuasive presentation skills.
