The Account Executive role is designed to be an intense high-growth, high-responsibility role founding and scaling early customer acquisition in the local region.

  • Work closely with CEO and CTO to recruit and onboard partners & customers.
  • Execute the sales playbook to build partnerships & sales motion.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local manufacturing clients.
  • Conduct assessments to identify areas for AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients for ROI analysis on AI implementations.
  • Design and recommend tailored AI applications.
  • Manage a pipeline of local manufacturing clients.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma for continuous improvement.
  • Provide onboarding and support for AI deployment.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales to the manufacturing sector.
  • Experience engaging with plant managers and technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of operational efficiency and quality improvement.
  • Ability to conduct ROI analysis and demonstrate financial benefits.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in business development and solution sales.
