Overview

The Legal Executive will support the legal and compliance function of the organization, managing relationships with external counsel and overseeing various legal processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field; Paralegal certification is a plus.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a paralegal or legal operations role.
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory processes.
• Experience coordinating with external counsel.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High degree of professionalism and discretion.
• Experience with multi-entity corporate governance.
• Understanding of cross-border regulatory requirements.
