Legal Executive - Remote

Holafly is a fast-growing start-up that has been providing peace of mind to travelers around more than 200 worldwide destinations. We are an international team of over 500 people based all around the world working to provide stress-free experiences for all travelers. We are looking for a Legal Assistant who is highly organized and can support our Head of Legal in managing various internal processes.

In Short

• Provide administrative support to the Head of Legal.
• Organize and maintain legal files.
• Assist in the preparation and review of contracts and legal documents.
• Conduct basic research on legal matters.
• Analyze data to identify trends related to legal compliance.
• Support internal processes related to data protection.
• Assist with drafting internal communications.
• Track and manage legal deadlines and obligations.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of global data protection regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
