In Short

• Own GTM Analytics and develop a roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Design and build intuitive dashboards for sales performance insights.
• Generate data-driven insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business goals.
• Lead and manage analytics projects ensuring timely delivery.
• Influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics.
• Strong technical skills in SQL and dashboard building.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
• Project management experience with multiple stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork.
• A self-starter attitude with ownership of GTM analytics.
• Bonus: Experience with Sales and Go To Market teams, CRM systems, and SaaS customer lifecycle.
