Overview

As a Technical Customer Success Manager at Maisa, you will drive the adoption and value realization of our AI platform for enterprise customers, managing the full lifecycle of customer deployments and ensuring transformative results.

In Short

  • Lead enterprise-wide rollout programs for Maisa AI's platform.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans.
  • Track and manage multiple implementation streams across business units.
  • Coordinate customer onboarding activities, including technical setup and training.
  • Build and maintain a use case repository for implementation progress.
  • Serve as the primary contact for technical and operational issues.
  • Develop scalable training programs for customer self-sufficiency.
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics for deployments.
  • Facilitate collaboration between customer teams and Maisa AI resources.
  • Drive adoption through change management best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program/project management experience.
  • Proven track record managing complex rollouts of automation technologies.
  • Strong program management skills with ability to coordinate workstreams.
  • Experience developing customer onboarding and training programs.
  • Technical aptitude for system integrations.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Experience with change management methodologies.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
