Overview

MainStreaming is on a mission to enable broadcasters, media and gaming companies transition to streaming video and offer their audience the best Quality of Experience. As a Customer Success Manager, you will drive customer satisfaction and retention within our CDN and Video Streaming business.

In Short

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Identify and address customer needs and concerns.
  • Lead onboarding process for new customers.
  • Provide training and support to customers.
  • Oversee customer contract renewals.
  • Advise key customers and spot upsell opportunities.
  • Monitor customer health metrics to mitigate churn.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Analyze customer data for trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS customer success or technical account management.
  • Proven track record of building customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of networking and internet protocols.
  • Experience in the video streaming industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of CDN technologies is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; other languages are a plus.
