Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Project Manager will lead projects related to Mainspring's linear generator technology, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project execution.

• Provide excellent customer experience as the main point of contact during project lifecycle.

• Prepare bid packages and manage engineering and subcontractor contracts.

• Support communication with various authorities on project-related topics.
• Manage project teams and oversee health and safety compliance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in construction/project management.
• Understanding of development, contracting, and procurement planning.
• Experience in project plan delivery and RFP writing.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage large volumes of work in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with electrical interconnection processes and contract negotiation.
• Knowledge of safety and quality assurance practices.
