In Short

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Conduct supplier capability assessments through audits.
• Collaborate on process qualification with suppliers and design teams.
• Lead supplier risk management in product development.
• Support product and process change control documentation.
• 15+ years of Quality Engineering experience required.
• Knowledge of APQP and PPAP processes is essential.
• Up to 30% travel may be required.
• Experience with mechanical/machined parts is a must.
• Six Sigma and Lean certifications preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 15+ years of Quality Engineering experience in fast-paced environments.
• 2+ years of experience in machining, welding, casting, or coating.
• Experience with quality planning from prototype to production.
• Ability to work in structured and unstructured environments.
