Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering exceptional digital workplace solutions for our customers. You’ll be responsible for coordinating and stewarding software implementation projects for our customers from initiation through delivery ensuring they stay on track, on budget, and aligned with customer goals.

In Short

• Steward Project Delivery: Coordinate and oversee the full lifecycle of customer projects from sales handoff through implementation to a successful transition to Customer Success account management.
• Facilitate with Purpose: Support and guide key project meetings helping to ensure contributors are aligned and informed.
• Drive Communication: Keep both customers and internal teams up to date on project progress, milestones, risks, and blockers.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work across departments to ensure successful project outcomes and a great customer experience.
• Coordinate Across Workstreams: Manage multiple active projects and timelines with a focus on organization and clarity.
• Champion the Customer: Act as the customer’s advocate throughout the process.
• Stay Curious: Build and maintain strong knowledge of our platform and product roadmap.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on project coordination or project management experience, ideally in SaaS or technology implementations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working across disciplines and levels of seniority.
• Familiarity with tools like Smartsheet, Jira, and Slack.
• Understanding of agile principles and sprint-based workflows.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team.
