Overview

The Customer Success Manager at Igloo is responsible for ensuring customer adoption and creating advocacy for the Igloo platform while developing strong relationships with customers.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in customer success in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing relationships at the executive level.
  • Understanding of subscription-based software models.
  • Ability to turn customer needs into actionable plans.
  • High energy level and drive to succeed.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • Understanding of intranets and related technologies.
  • Background in cloud technology and Salesforce is advantageous.
