Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Project Manager at Manifest MedEx is responsible for leading and coordinating the onboarding of participants and implementing projects that support the organization’s strategic initiatives in California's health data network.

In Short

• Lead onboarding of participants onto Manifest MedEx.
• Coordinate project activities to implement strategic initiatives.
• Engage end users and technical staff from participant organizations.
• Manage project scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues.
• Ensure quality standards are met for all projects.
• Document project activities and track in Jira and Salesforce.
• Serve as a coach and mentor to team members.
• Act as an escalation point for project issues.
• Build and maintain professional relationships across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in health information technology project management.
• Experience with EHRs and HL7/CCD messages.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and Health Information Exchange concepts.
• Experience with Salesforce and Atlassian Jira.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-first attitude and high-performance drive.
• Ability to build productive relationships and ensure accountability.
• Experience interacting with hospital IT teams and leadership.
