Senior/Staff DevOps Engineer - Remote

Overview

Manifest is seeking to hire an experienced DevOps Engineer who will own the design, development, implementation, and ongoing operation of Manifest’s infrastructure and build/release pipelines.

In Short

• Design and implement infrastructure and build/release pipelines.
• Develop and deploy Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Operate cloud-based CI/CD pipelines with a focus on DevSecOps principles.
• Automate application deployment using container technology in cloud environments.
• Integrate DevSecOps tools for automated pipelines supporting customer applications.
• Research open-source tools to enhance the development pipeline.
• Implement observability and monitoring for applications and infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills for producing technical documentation.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Secure SDLC practices and vulnerability management.

Requirements

• Deep experience with IaC and automation tools.
• Experience operating cloud-based CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in container technologies like Kubernetes.
• Strong networking and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with commercial software products supporting external customers.
• Knowledge of Secure SDLC practices.
• Experience with packaging software for various environments.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management tools.
• Experience in government network deployments (FedRAMP, CMMC).
• Ability to assist developers in delivering secure applications.
