• Oversee documentation of requirements analysis and design specifications.
• Participate in business development, estimating project scope and costs.
• Provide hands-on management for large-scale web integration projects.
• Ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables within budget.
• Implement Agile project methodologies as technologies evolve.
• Assist in recruiting and mentoring employees.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
• Provide weekly status reports and expense reports.

Requirements

• Knowledge of resource allocation and planning.
• Experience with offshore and onshore development models.
• Hands-on experience leading large-scale Agile software development.
• Management skills including resource planning and scheduling.
• Proven project management record of high-visibility projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Mastery of Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of eBusiness solutions and web integration.
• High-level understanding of Oracle technologies.
• PMI PMP certification is a plus.
