In Short

  • Qualify all sales leads generated by marketing.
  • Leverage prospecting strategies to connect with prospective customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to schedule discovery meetings.
  • Utilize various marketing and sales tools for efficiency.
  • Manage new contacts via our CRM platform.
  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to prospects.
  • Work as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Focus primarily on Inbound Lead Response.
  • Engage in Outbound Prospecting as needed.
  • Opportunity for growth in Sales and Marketing.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • University degree or College diploma in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical, relational, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
  • Goal-oriented with a desire to succeed.
  • Passionate about developing new skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Demonstrated indicators of success in previous roles.
