Overview

The Technical Support Engineer provides frontline technical support to customers using the mobile access and extraction suite of Magnet products. This position works directly with Magnet’s private and public sector customers to deliver world-class technical support.

In Short

  • Provide technical support to customers using Magnet products.
  • Utilize live chat, email, web, and phone channels for support.
  • Work with both private and public sector customers.
  • Report to the Manager, Technical Support.
  • Core hours are from 12pm - 8:30pm SGT.
  • Must reside in Singapore.
  • Deliver world-class technical support.
  • Help customers with mobile access and extraction suite.
  • Be part of a global team.
  • Contribute to the mission of modernizing digital investigations.
